Shipping
What shipping carriers do you use?
USPS and UPS are the primary shipping carriers used.
When will my order ship?
Prints and other items will go out once every two weeks.
Original work will be shipped within two weeks of your purchase.
A tracking number will be included with your shipping confirmation.
If there are any delays you will be notified by email.
International Orders
International orders will be shipped under the same domestic guidelines.
Please be aware of any duties, fees, or other import taxes required by customs in your country. These charges are always the buyers responsibility.
Packaging
Prints smaller than 11x14 will be shipped flat using a hard board mailer.
Prints larger than 11x14 will be shipped in a tube with acid free paper and a protective sleeve.
Returns
For printed material a full refund is offered within 14 days of receiving your order. Buyer pays for return shipping and handling. Please save packaging material for return. To begin a return send your order information here and I will follow up with you.
For original artwork all sales are final.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged, please leave it sealed and photograph the damages upon arrival. Send images to [email protected] and I will follow up with you.
